- 1 tomato
- 1 new onion
- 40 g of rocket
- Coriander

The recipe
- Rinse the fonio in cold water and cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and then reserve.
- Rinse the vegetables, finely slice the onion, cut the tomato into small cubes and chop the fresh herbs. Mix with the fonio and season with a vinaigrette of your choice.

Ingredients:
- 120 g of fonio
- 250 g shrimp
- ½ onion
- ½ courgette
- 20 ml of olive oil
- Salt, pepper, 4 spices
The recipe
- Rinse the fonio with cold water. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the fonio for 10 minutes over low heat. Once cooking is complete, inflate the fonio for another 3 minutes covered. Drain.
- Peel the vegetables, finely slice the onion and grate the zucchini. Cook the vegetables in the fat for a few minutes, then add the shrimp and seasonings.
- In parallel, fry the fonio in 5 ml of olive oil. Mix the shrimp preparation with fonio, adjust the seasoning and enjoy.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 250 ml of milk
- 65 g of fonio
- 10 g of sugar
- Vanilla liquid according to your taste
- In the water, inflate the fonio for a few minutes before rinsing it with cold water.
- Once the first step is complete, pour the fonio into the milk and then put on a low heat for 15 minutes. Add the sugar and vanilla at the end of cooking and mix well.
